See the photos from the 2nd edition of Michelin Guide Dining Series 2019 which was an exclusive dining event, under the theme of “The French Connection”. The event was held at Savelberg (one Michelin star) on the 27th of May 2019. The delightful experience of contemporary French cuisine combined with Thai flavors was offered by Chef Henk Savelberg from Savelberg (one Michelin star) and Chef Amerigo Sesti from J’AIME by Jean-Michel Lorain (one Michelin star). Chicken from Benja Chicken 100% Natural was honored to be skillfully prepared and cooked by a Michelin star chef. An amuse-bouche of Benja chicken, white asparagus and crustacean emulsion was delivered to tantalize every guest’s sense by Chef Amerigo. Chicken breast, mashed potatoes served with Epoisses by Chef Henk and Chicken wings, cabbages served with Australian Black Winter Truffle by Chef Amerigo were also served as a flavorful main course in the event.
